During our stay in Morro Bay in August 2019 it was mostly foggy the whole time. On the morning we left I heard the fog horn in the distance and I again expected Morro Rock to be barely visible. I stepped out of my hotel room and was very pleasantly surprised to see the scene in front of me as you see it here. This photo is a composite of 28 individually shot images.
